Hotel Renegade Hosts the Boise Metro Chamber’s CEO Speaker Series

BOISE, ID (November 8, 2024) -- Hotel Renegade, the 122-key boutique hotel in downtown Boise, hosted October's Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce CEO Speaker Series featuring Diane Hendricks of Hendricks Commercial Properties.

Hotel Renegade opened its doors to the business community for the Boise Metro Chamber’s CEO Speaker Series. Held in the stunning 8th-floor ballroom, the event gave us the chance to show off our stunning lobby, event venue spaces, and food and beverage offerings following our official chamber ribbon cutting for the hotel, alongside our dining venues, Baraboo Supper Club, The Highlander Rooftop Bar, and Blue Collar Coffee Co.

The CEO Speaker Series welcomed Diane Hendricks, chairman of Hendricks Holdings Co., Inc., and Rob Gerbitz, President and CEO Of Hendricks Commercial Properties and Geronimo Hospitality Group. The two shared insights into the vision behind Hendricks Commercial Properties’ investment in Boise not only with Hotel Renegade, but with the Warehouse Food Hall and other developments around the city. Their shared admiration for Boise’s walkability, community spirit, and collaborative culture has made investing in Boise an easy decision.

Diane shared her journey in real estate and hospitality and reminded guests of the importance of giving back to the community. Both she and Rob expressed their pride in the work Hendricks Commercial Properties and Geronimo Hospitality Group have done in Boise and excitement about potential future projects.

“Hendricks’ commitment to Boise goes beyond buildings. As Diane shared with the audience, “buildings are beautiful, but the people inside of them are most important’ This philosophy is the foundation of Hendricks Commercial Properties’ mission at Hotel Renegade and throughout Boise.”

Hendricks aims to create spaces that feel as though they’ve always been part of Boise- places where locals and visitors alike can connect, create memories, and experience everything that makes this city so special.

The CEO speaker series highlighted the shared vision between the city of Boise and Hendricks Commercial Properties, which is to build something that serves people and enhances the community. We’re thrilled to be part of Boise’s story and look forward to bringing even more exciting events, experiences, and connections to this vibrant city.
