Hotel Renegade Names Tyler Hall as Food & Beverage Director

Boutique hotel opening in 2024 will house a private event space, supper club, rooftop bar & coffee shop

BOISE, ID (July 5, 2023)—Geronimo Hospitality Group has named Tyler Hall the food and beverage director of Hotel Renegade, the 122-room boutique hotel coming to downtown Boise in the spring of 2024. Geronimo will operate three food and beverage concepts inside the hotel, Baraboo Supper Club, The Highlander rooftop bar and Blue Collar Coffee Co.

In his role as food and beverage director, Tyler Hall will oversee all food and beverage operations for Geronimo’s three food and beverage concepts, along with in-room dining and private event services.

Prior to joining Hotel Renegade, Hall served as field operations manager for Sodexo - Nourish Inc. In the San Francisco Bay area, and as general manager at Samsung Research America’s Guckenheimer in Mountain View, California.

“Hotel Renegade is going to offer guests a unique way to stay, eat and play,” said Hall. “I’m excited to be part of this team that’s paving a new path in Boise, and I can’t wait to help guide the hotel and its food and beverage concepts through a successful launch.”

In-house restaurant, Baraboo Supper Club, will be located on the first floor of the hotel and will feature supper club favorites like brandy old fashioneds, prime rib, relish trays and boozy ice cream making it the perfect place to start your night, end your night, or make your whole night.

The Highlander is Hotel Renegade’s rooftop bar with indoor and outdoor seating options. Guests can indulge in a selection of drinks and specialty cocktails while taking in the breathtaking views of the city atop the eight-story hotel.

Also coming to Hotel Renegade is Blue Collar Coffee Co. which offers handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks from beans roasted and sourced by Wisconsin’s Ruby Coffee Roasters. Boise marks Blue Collar’s fourth location, joining Delafield and Beloit, WI, and Indianapolis, IN.

“The food and beverage experience at Hotel Renegade is as important as the lodging experience, and we’re happy to have Tyler at the helm to bring impeccable quality and service to every aspect of dining,” said senior vice president of food and beverage operations for Geronimo Hospitality Group Klaus Nitsch. “We know travelers and Boiseans alike will enjoy the unique and exciting food and beverage options at Hotel Renegade.”
