IS THE HOTEL NON-SMOKING?
Yes, all public areas, restaurants and guest rooms are non-smoking.
WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Rooms are available to check-in at 3 pm and check-out is 11 am. If you need special arrangements, please contact the front desk.

We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests.
DO YOU HAVE A BUSINESS CENTER?

DO YOU OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICE OR DRY CLEANING?
Yes, we have valet dry cleaning Monday through Friday, pick-up 8:30 a.m. and return by 6:30 p.m. Pricing varies based on type and quantity of items.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancel 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
WHY IS THERE AN INCIDENTAL HOLD ON MY CARD?
Upon check-in, Hotel Renegade authorizes the total amount of room & tax, plus an additional $50 in the event of any incidentals. This authorization is released upon check-out, however, your financial institution may take extra time to release those funds.
