IS THE HOTEL NON-SMOKING?
Yes, all public areas, restaurants and guest rooms are non-smoking.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Rooms are available to check-in at 3 pm and check-out is 11 am. If you need special arrangements, please contact the front desk.

HIGH-SPEED/WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS?
We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests.

DO YOU HAVE A BUSINESS CENTER?
We do not have a dedicated Business Center, but our guest services team is happy to assist with any printing needs you may have.

Yes, we offer valet parking.

DO YOU OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICE OR DRY CLEANING?
Yes, we offer valet dry cleaning Monday through Friday, with pickup at 8:30 a.m. and return by 6:30 p.m. Pricing varies by item type and quantity.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancel 24 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

​

WHY IS THERE AN INCIDENTAL HOLD ON MY CARD?
Upon check-in, Hotel Renegade authorizes the total amount of room & tax, plus an additional $100 per day in the event of any incidentals. This authorization is released upon check-out; however, your financial institution may take extra time to release those funds.
