The 122-key boutique hotel will open Spring 2024
BOISE, ID (May 24, 2023)—Geronimo Hospitality Group has named Jussi Santa the general manager of Hotel Renegade, the 122-key boutique hotel coming to downtown Boise in Spring 2024.
Santa is an Idaho native who brings more than two decades of hospitality experience and an extensive knowledge of hotel operations to this one-of-a-kind boutique hotel property located in the heart of Boise. As the hotel’s general manager, his responsibilities will include recruiting and onboarding staff, managing employees and guests, and ensuring the hotel’s profitability. He will oversee hotel operations and guarantee guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out.
Prior to joining the Hotel Renegade team, Santa served as the director of operations for the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort Spa & Golf Club in Carlsbad, California. He’s also gained valuable experience in senior leadership roles at Pendry San Diego, Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa, and Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, along with extensive experience in Maui, Park City, St. Kitts and San Diego.

The eight-story Hotel Renegade is slated to open in 2024 on 11th and Grove Streets in downtown Boise, offering guests a refined and personalized level of service, awakening an adventurous spirit. It will include an in-house restaurant, coffee house, rooftop bar and a 2,700 square foot event space with a 1,100 square foot outdoor patio.
